Tarpan (Dev, Rishi, Pitru)

तर्पण एक अत्यंत पवित्र वैदिक अनुष्ठान है, जिसके माध्यम से हम देवताओं, ऋषियों और अपने पूर्वजों (पितरों) को जल अर्पित कर उनके प्रति कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करते हैं। कुशा, काले तिल और गंगाजल के साथ किए गए इस तर्पण से पितरों की आध्यात्मिक प्यास बुझती है और वे तृप्त होकर अपने वंशजों को सुख, समृद्धि और वंश वृद्धि का आशीर्वाद देते हैं। पिशाच मोचन कुंड या गंगा घाट पर किया गया तर्पण विशेष फलदायी होता है।
